- Fixed a bug that made a card not draggable after returning to hand;

- Fixed a bug that could allow clicking the Attack button multiple times;

- Fixed a bug that would not add unpacked cards to the inventory if the window was closed before revealing the cards;

- Added a button to reveal all cards at once when opening a pack;

- Added a game menu when pressing escape;

- Added options for game window, quality, music volume and SFX volume;

- Improved display when playing on another resolution than 1920 x 1080 (ultrawide still needs some work though).
